Take Me Out to the Ballgame...
Got 6 free tickets from KLOVE to go to a Christian concert featuring Matthew West (somehow I forgot to take any pics of him!) and then to a baseball game.
Matthew West sings "Happy", "Next Thing You Know", "I Love You More", and "Only Grace" which are played on KLOVE and are really good songs.
Invited Logan, Caden, and Carter to come with us (and also Amanda but she ended up declining...we missed you, Amanda!).
It was super hot outside but we did get to see Larry the Cucumber and Bob the Tomato from Veggie Tales (and I know Bob the Tomato from church!!!!). Logan and Caden were pretty excited to see them.
It took a little while for Caden to warm up to the idea of getting close to such large creatures but after a while he only wanted to be near them. He would find them throughout the evening and
reach out his hands and say "Larry" but we all thought he was saying "daddy" and were confused since he was in daddy's lap already. I think Caden was really happy to meet Bob and Larry in real life.
Brad played catch with Logan in the parking lot with the baseballs that we got for free...and one of the balls is a Bob baseball (it's red and has Bob's face on it), how awesome is that?! Totally fun.
After a little baseball watching and nacho eating (it was entertaining watching Caden & Logan eat the nachos...Caden would
suck off the cheese and then hand the chip to Logan...it was a pretty good deal for Logan since he only likes the chips without cheese!). Got some nice nacho face pics. :)
It was really nice to see the boys...we don't get to see them very often these days. They are so fun!! Glad we got the chance to go!!!

you won something from the radio?! i've never known anyone that won before wow. looks like it was a lot of fun!
They gave it out to local KLOVE supporters I guess...it wasn't a contest or anything. I just got an email asking if I wanted some tickets to Faith Night at the ballpark.
BUT I did win something when I went with my Sunday school class the day before Father's day...they call out one seat number and give something away. Out of everyone at the ballpark, I won! :) I got 3 Disney DVDs.
