Camp Crestview, Day 3

I am surviving quite well and am shocked that tomorrow is already Thursday!!! The week always goes by so fast!

Today we stayed at the church and played on inflatable games, listened to people sing karaoke (they love picking out songs and singing with their friends!), doing crafts, and eating burgers and snacks. Brandon and I shared our testimonies with the kids and went over the lesson.

Today was commitment day and we had two boys stand up. Neither one of us got to go and talk to them though because boys can't meet with girl leaders and vice versa and Brandon was playing the guitar. Kind of a bummer!!!!! :(

All in all, camp is going really, really well. I am about to type a list of the Bible verses for the week. Brad and I went to the dollar store tonight and got a TON of prizes for them if they can manage to memorize them all! (Fun stuff, too!! Bubbles, gooey body parts, yo yos, beach balls, boxing frog pens, snake pens, feather boas, glitter batons, etc.) I think the kids will be really excited! :)

Tomorrow is the last day that we meet in our small groups since we go to a waterpark on Friday. It's always sad when we have our last small group!! Pray that God will keep moving!!! Pray that not even one kid would leave tomorrow without accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Savior!!

P.S. I have some REALLY exciting news but I can't share it yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah...yes Reina almost died! She got into something outsidethe vet think rat poison maybe. She was foaming really bad out of her nose, her eyes looked lifeless, she was limp. I took her to the vet and she got a shot- it didn't help but they gave her another one and she started getting better. Scary!
